The list of files accessible to the user can be viewed through this page. In order to view the files visible to a specific group, one of the available groups should be selected on the drop down menu of "Group View" and the "Go!" button should be pressed.

The files stored in the repository are organized in folders. By default, only the list of top level folders is visible. By clicking on the + sign at the left side of a folder, the list of subfolders is presented. By clicking again on the - sign, the list is collapsed to its original view. If a folder contains files, then on the right side of its name, the total number of files as well as the number of unseen files (by the user) is presented. By clicking on the folder name, the list of available files is presented in the table underneath. Unseen files are shown in red. All unseen files regardless of their position in the folder tree, can be viewed by clicking on the "Show Unseen Items" link above the folder tree structure. This is the default view of the repository.

By clicking on the title of a file, it can be downloaded.

All available information for a repository file (including file description, author, date uploaded and specified group visibility) can be viewed by clicking on the "Details" link for the specific file.

The history of a repository file can be viewed by clicking on the "history" link for the specific file. In the history page, the previous versions can be downloaded. Specific details of the previous versions such as the date added, the author and the file size are visible in the list.
The file can be updated by an authorised user only. The fields that can be updated are the attached file and its description. The file name (as it appears on the list of files in the repository page) cannot be changed.

By clicking on the "Add Repository File" the user can fill in the following fields :

 

By clicking the "Submit File(s)" button, the file is uploaded (added to the repository).

Up to 4 more files can optionally be included in a single repository entry by selecting additional files, as well as providing the relevant file names and descriptions, before clicking on the "Submit File(s)" button.
